The first collection contains over 5000 artifacts collected by the Daley Family in the South Windsor area. Data about each artifact, includes the field location where it was found, its material and usage. This information is available on a database for retrieval.
(Some specimens from this collection are shown above.)

The second collection contains beautifully displayed specimens found by several generations of one family*. *Descendents of Erastus Ellsworth(1822-1902),William Jennings(1849-1927) and Ellsworth Sperry(1881-1966) found most of these artifacts as they farmed in South Windsor. This collection also contains "finds" from family excursions taken to New York State and the Ohio Valley.

Note:
A self-guide brochure entitled, "First People", is available for this collection.
