A New Year at Wood Library
Make a Date in 2008 With These Great Family Events!

Sunday, Jan. 27th at 2 pm: Family Funday: A Knight's Tale
Spend a day with a knight from the Higgins Armory Museum.
Learn about arms & armor, and life in the "Days of Yore".
Refreshments after the program.
Cost: $5 per person/$15 per family Registration is required.

Sunday, Feb. 10th at 2 pm: Family Concert: Barbershop Quartet
The Manchester Silk City Chorus sends singers to serenade us in style,
just in time for Valentine's Day. All generations will enjoy this show-
Why not bring your loved ones? Refreshments served after the concert.
Cost: $5 per person/$15 per family. Registration is required.

Monday, Feb. 18th at 6 pm: Build a Bluebird Nesting Box
Join host Lionel MacDonald and members of the Super Sixties Sportsmen Club
and learn all about the bluebird and its life in our region...
Then assemble your own kit to encourage nesting in your backyard!
Children under 8 must be accompanied by an adult. BYO hammer!
Cost: $15 per house. Limited by space to 20 houses. Registration is required.

Tuesday, Feb. 19th at 10 am: Storeography w/ Adam Battelstein
An Ann Masi Memorial Program at Timothy Edwards Middle School
Come experience dance like you've never seen, with "comic genius" Adam Battelstein & Co.
His show connects dance and language arts and tells stories with the aid of costumes, music, and props- but mainly with funny and physical dances!
He has toured the U.S. and the world with Pilobolus and Momix.
Liven up your vacation with an unforgettable storytime-
You've GOT to see the Figure Stick and meet the Suitcase Man!
Cost is FREE...
Donations to the Ann Masi Memorial Program Fund are very welcome!
