Wood Memorial Library and Museum invites adult artists to take part in an artist workshop, HOW TO MAKE A “MATISSE” with noted artist, Brenda Baker of Old Lyme, CT. on Friday, June 11, 2010, from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm.

Class participants will have fun painting their own “Matisse” inspired masterpiece, personalizing it in their individual, creative way.
Art experience is required to register for this workshop.
A list of necessary artist materials to bring and instructions for advance preparation can be picked up at Wood Memorial Library.

Brenda will have a collection of her works “The Colors of Summer”, on exhibit in the Gallery at Wood during the month of June.
