BORROWING REQUIREMENTS
Wood Memorial Library loans museum passes that permit free or reduced general admission to several area museums. Passes may be borrowed by South Windsor residents, who have a Wood Memorial Library card, are in good standing with the library, and are 18 years of age or older.

RESERVATIONS
It is advised that you make reservations.
Reservations may be made up to 8 weeks in advance.

You may reserve a museum pass by calling the library (860) 289-1783 or visiting the library.
Only one pass may be borrowed at a time.

When making a reservation, passes will be scheduled for pick up, either Monday or Thursday, depending on when you plan to use the pass. Passes will be scheduled to be returned on the next day the library is open to insure that the pass is available for others to borrow.
PASSES MUST BE RETURNED BY 6:00 P.M.!

DEPOSIT/FINES/FEES
A deposit of $10.00 will be taken when the museum pass is borrowed and the deposit will be returned to you when the museum pass is returned. Deposits may be made in cash or by credit card (MasterCard or Visa).

If a pass is not returned to Wood Memorial Library on the due date, there will be a $3.00 fine each day it is late. If the pass is lost or stolen the borrower is responsible for the museum pass replacement fee.

PLEASE NOTE
**Please note that most museums are closed on Monday.
**Passes are for General Admission only. Museums may charge an additional fee for special events/fundraisers.

Because of the popularity of our museum pass program, we want to make the passes available to as many patrons as possible. If you find that you cannot use the pass on the date reserved, please call (860)289-1783 to change or cancel your reservation.

**Patron must be South Windsor Resident,
   library cardholder in good standing.

**Only one pass may be reserved per family at a time

(Cash, MasterCard or Visa) Deposit will be returned
   when museum pass is returned.

Note: Passes must be in by 6:00 P.M. on return date.

The pass must be returned to Wood Memorial Library on specified date due or fines and/or replacement costs will be incurred.
