Menu: Baked brie in puff pastry with cranberries, corn and onions
Iceberg Wedge with a buttermilk bleu cheese dressing and bacon
Bangers and mashed potatoes (plump pork sausage on cheddar and chive potatoes)
Fresh braised brisket of beef with green cabbage, carrots, red bliss potatoes and horseradish.
Bread Pudding, Wine & Beer included
